I'm similar to the model in build and height and the fit is not at all like it is in the photo unfortunately. Very bulky. The jacket must be pinned back in the photos. I'm returning.

I want to start out by saying that I'm a huge fan of Mate...I love their items and I'm rarely disappointed. However I've noticed that their clothes mostly flatter taller bodies, much like the female models in their photos, which unfortunately does not represent a diverse group of humans. I'm 5'4, 115 lbs and a lot of their clothes are huge on me. This jacket was no exception which is such a bummer because it's beautifully made. It's just SO large, even in an XS. This will unfortunately be getting returned. (It also took 3 weeks to arrive.)
